On May 15–16, 2025, we had the pleasure of attending the 2nd Critical Infrastructure Forum in Olsztyn – an event that will stay with us for a long time.
Over the course of two intense days, the venue was filled with experts, practitioners, researchers, government representatives, and business leaders. Together, we explored one shared goal: how to better protect what matters most – the safety of our nation, our systems, our people, and our data. But this wasn’t just another conference. It was a space for real conversations, meaningful encounters, and an exchange of ideas that truly mattered.
We talked about:
- how to deal with increasingly complex and unpredictable hybrid threats,
- how to build digital resilience in a world full of uncertainty and rapid change,
- what the rise of artificial intelligence and quantum technologies means for the security of our systems – and whether we’re ready for it,
- and why collaboration between the public sector, business, and academia is no longer optional – it’s essential.
These two days were filled with inspiring presentations, hands-on workshops, and – most importantly – open, sometimes difficult, but deeply necessary conversations.
We’re returning from Olsztyn with full minds, new knowledge, and a renewed awareness of the many challenges ahead. But also with the strong belief that through cooperation, openness, and the sharing of expertise, we can build a safer future – together.
