At the “Build To Win” conference at Elektrownia Powiśle, which took place on April 23, 2024, we had the opportunity to present the idea of our AZ Frame team to use generative AI in the following processes: complaints, legal, audit and compliance.
The idea based on combining the CasuSoft platform (Info Baza Solution sp. z o. o.) with the Watson documents. As it turns out, not only legal ones. Although we feel like fish out of water when it comes to this topic. We got what we expected – Gen AI in practice – enough talking about possibilities – time for practical application.
