From May 17-20, 2026, the AZ Frame team had the pleasure of participating in the COMMON Polska conference in Gdynia—one of the most important events bringing together the IBM technology community in Poland.
This year’s edition, held under the slogan “When Sovereign IT Meets Agentic-AI in the Era of Software 3.0,” aptly reflected the direction in which the modern IT environment is heading today. The dynamic development of artificial intelligence, automation, security, and modern architectures presents organizations with new challenges, but also opens up enormous opportunities.
The conference agenda was full of inspiring topics and practical insights into technologies that truly impact business development. Discussions on Agentic-AI, data sovereignty, IBM Power solutions, high availability environments, Disaster Recovery, system observability, and modern infrastructure management practices demonstrated the importance of combining innovation with security and stability.
For us, participating in such events means much more than just attending a conference. Above all, it provides an opportunity to exchange experiences, learn from experts, engage in valuable conversations, and observe trends that will shape the future of the IT market and digital transformation.
Meetings with practitioners, partners, and industry representatives who face similar challenges daily and collaborate on effective solutions were particularly valuable. It is during such events that new ideas, inspiration, and directions for further development are born.
We would like to thank the organizers of COMMON Polska for creating a space for substantive discussions and everyone we had the opportunity to meet and talk with during the event.
We’re returning from Gdynia with renewed energy, a wealth of knowledge, and plenty of inspiration that will undoubtedly inform our future endeavors.
