Ireneusz Suszek, Chief Solutions Officer at AZ Frame, together with colleagues from Omnilogy, attended the Dynatrace partner conference held on October 6–7, 2026, in the Algarve, Portugal. One of the key topics was Business Observability—viewing IT system performance through the lens of business processes.
This perspective aligns closely with our work with clients. While information about an application issue is essential, it is equally important to understand what that issue means for the business: can a customer complete a transaction? Can an employee process a request? Is the service functioning when it is needed most?
This approach helps set priorities and provides both IT and business teams with a shared frame of reference for discussing service quality.
The conference also offered an opportunity to meet with the Dynatrace team and partners from other countries. We appreciate the conversations and the exchange of experiences!
