The “CasuSoftX built on IBM watsonx + Orchestrate” business breakfast, which took place yesterday, September 30, 2025, is now behind us! The meeting brought together representatives of many companies and industries united by a common goal – seeking modern solutions that support the efficiency of business processes using artificial intelligence.
We would like to thank all participants for their attendance, engagement, inspiring questions, and engaging conversations throughout the event. It was not only an opportunity to network in a small, knowledge-sharing atmosphere, but above all, an opportunity to demonstrate the practical application of the IBM Watsonx and Orchestrate platforms in the context of real-world business challenges. During the event, we demonstrated how our CasuSoftX solution, built on IBM Watsonx technology (AI + RAG), enables:
- analysis of large document sets in an automated,
- AI-based manner, identification of the causes of process problems (root cause analysis),
- improvement of document workflow and information management,
- application of AI-based solution architectures in daily operational activities.
Of particular value were the case studies presented – both by us and our partners – demonstrating the specific benefits of implementing AI and automation. Attendees had the opportunity to see how the practical application of such tools translates into, among other things, shorter invoice processing times, improved customer service quality, and automated data and document analysis within the company.
There was also plenty of space for discussion, sharing experiences, and jointly seeking answers to questions about the future of technology in business.
